Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining structure of a drain plug, in which: 1. residual water is not generated between a drain plug engagement part and a periphery of a tub drain port; 2. chemically induced cracks are suppressed from occurring in the drain plug; and 3. dirt around the engagement part of the drain plug is not accumulated, thereby designability is enhanced.SOLUTION: A draining structure of a drain plug includes: a tub body 1 having a drain port 2 opened at the bottom thereof; a drain plug 3 having an engagement part 31 for being engaged with a drain port peripheral edge 21, and a cylindrical body 32 formed in a suspended manner from the engagement part 31; and a drain member 4 for draining drain water discharged from the drain plug 3 finally to a drainpipe. The engagement part 31 is engaged with the upper part of the drain port peripheral edge 21 of the tub body 1, the cylindrical body 32 of the drain plug 3 is inserted into the drain member 4 from the rear surface of the tub body 1, and the drain port peripheral edge 21 of the tub body 1 is interposed between the engagement part 31 of the drain plug 3 and the drain member 4, thereby the drain plug 3 is attached to the tub body 1. In this state, the draining structure 5 is provided between the outer surface of the drain plug 3 and the drain port peripheral edge 21 to drain water on the rear surface of the engagement part 31 to the drain member 4.
【課題】1.排水栓係止部と、槽体排水口周縁の間に水残りを発生させない。2.排水栓にケミカルクラックによる割れを発生させない。3.排水栓の係止部周囲の汚れや意匠性を高める。【解決手段】底部に排水口2を開口した槽体1と、排水口周縁21に係止する係止部31を備え、且つ係止部31から垂下して構成される筒状体32から成る排水栓3と、排水栓3から排出される排水を最終的には下水管へと排水するための排水部材4と、から構成される排水栓の水抜き構造において、前記係止部31を槽体1の排水口周縁21上方に係止させ、槽体1裏面から排水部材4に排水栓3の筒状体32を挿入し、排水栓3の係止部31と排水部材4の間に槽体1の排水口周縁21を介在させることによって排水栓3を槽体1に取付けた上で、前記排水栓3の外表面と排水口周縁21の間に、係止部31裏面の水を排水部材4へと排水する水抜き構造5を備えた。【選択図】図1 |
