WIRE BINDING JIG AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WIRE WITH CONNECTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire binding jig of novel structure capable of ensuring highly accurate start-of-taping position, by preventing falling out of the wire end terminal from a connector, when binding a plurality of wires extending from the connector by means of a binding tape, and to provide a method of manufacturing a wire with connector.SOLUTION: A wire binding jig 10 for binding a plurality of wires extending from a connector 30 by means of a binding tape 34, includes a connector mounting part 12 on which the connector 30 is mounted, a wire pressing part 14 extending from the connector mounting part 12 in the extension direction of a wire 32 by a predetermined length, and where the wire 32 is mounted and pressed, and a binding tape 34 for winding the wire 32 projecting from the extension end 54 of the wire pressing part 14, while pressing thereagainst. 【課題】コネクタから延出する複数本の電線を結束テープで結束する場合に、コネクタからの電線端末端子の抜けを防止してテープ巻開始位置を高精度に確保することができる、新規な構造の電線結束用治具を提供すること、およびそれを用いたコネクタ付電線の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】コネクタ３０から延出する複数本の電線３２を結束テープ３４で結束するために用いられる電線結束用治具１０であって、コネクタ３０が載置されるコネクタ載置部１２と、コネクタ載置部１２から電線３２の延出方向に所定長さで延出すると共に、電線３２が載置され押圧される電線押圧部１４とを含み、電線押圧部１４に電線３２を押圧した状態で、電線押圧部１４の延出端部５４から突出する電線３２に結束テープ３４を結束するようにした。【選択図】図２
