Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device of a new structure capable of stably holding a body rubber elastic body in an attachment hole of an outer bracket, and capable of stably exhibiting expected vibration control performance.SOLUTION: In a vibration control device 10, an attachment hole 60 of an outer bracket 14 has a tapered portion 66 in which a dimension thereof is gradually reduced from one opening 62 to the other opening 64, and an abutment portion 58 which prevents a body rubber elastic body 18 from coming off to the enlargement side of the tapered portion 66 is provided at least on one of the openings of the attachment hole 60 in the outer bracket 14, and the body rubber elastic body 18 is compression-deformed by the other opening 64 and is reduced in the size to be inserted, and the body rubber elastic body 18 is positioned and held in a longitudinal direction of the attachment hole 60 by the tapered portion 66 and the abutment portion 58 in the outer bracket 14.
【課題】本体ゴム弾性体がアウタブラケットの装着孔内に安定して保持されて、所期の防振性能が安定して発揮され得る、新規な構造の防振装置を提供する。【解決手段】防振装置10において、アウタブラケット14の装着孔60が一方の開口部62から他方の開口部64に向かって次第に小さくなるテーパ部66を有すると共に、アウタブラケット14における装着孔60の少なくとも片方の開口部にはテーパ部66の拡開側への本体ゴム弾性体18の抜け出しを阻止する当接部58が設けられており、他方の開口部64が本体ゴム弾性体18を圧縮変形させることで挿入可能な大きさとされて、本体ゴム弾性体18がアウタブラケット14におけるテーパ部66と当接部58により装着孔60の長さ方向に位置決め保持されている。【選択図】図4 |
