Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urging force adjusting device capable of realizing high accuracy adjustment of an urging force acting on a stored member stored in a cylindrical member so as to be able to make a reciprocating motion.SOLUTION: An urging-force adjusting unit 30 adjusting an urging force acting on a spool 22, includes: a housing 31 connected to a sleeve 21; a pressure receiving section 32 connected to the spool 22; a spring 33; and an adjuster screw 34 that includes a male screw 342 screwed with the housing 31, and a restriction section 343 deformable radially outwardly. At a time of adjusting the urging force, a position of the adjuster screw 34 is adjusted while causing a force resisting the urging force of the spring 33 to act on the adjuster screw 34 in a spool direction. Subsequently, a force in the spool direction is caused to act on the restriction section 343 while keeping the force resisting the urging force act on the adjuster screw 34, the restriction section 343 deforms radially outwardly, and the adjuster screw 34 is fixed to the housing 31. As a result, it is possible to prevent positional misalignment during adjustment of the urging force and fixing of the position.
【課題】 筒状部材に往復移動可能に収容されている被収容部材に作用する付勢力を高精度に調整する付勢力調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】 スプール22に作用する付勢力を調整する付勢力調整部30は、スリーブ21に接続するハウジング31、スプール22に接続する受圧部32、スプリング33、ハウジング31とねじ結合する雄ねじ部342及び径外方向に変形可能な規制部343を有するアジャスタスクリュ34から構成されている。付勢力を調整するとき、スプリング33の付勢力に抗する力をスプール方向に作用させつつアジャスタスクリュ34の位置を調整する。その後、当該付勢力に抗する力を作用させたまま規制部343にスプール方向の力を作用させ、規制部343を径外方向に変形しハウジング31に対してアジャスタスクリュ34を固定する。これにより、付勢力調整時と位置固定時とにおける位置ずれを防止することができる。【選択図】 図2 |
