PACKAGING STRUCTURE AND PACKAGING METHOD OF BEND PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure of bend pipes that can reduce damage of the bend pipes and prevent deformation thereof when packaging and taking out the pipes.SOLUTION: The packaging structure of bend pipes, configured to store bend pipes 41 by stacking vertically the pipes with the same pitch in a plurality of stages and to store the pipes by arranging the pipes in order from the pipes having longer pitch from outside to the inside thereof, comprises: stoppers 11 for placement that place thereon the bend pipes 41 stacked in a predetermined number of stages; upper stoppers 12 positioned above uppermost bend pipes; spacers 32 that are arranged between the bend pipes 41 adjacent on the outside and the inside and extend from the stoppers 11 for placement arranged at the lowest positions to the upper stoppers 12; first buffer materials 21 that are interposed between the stoppers 11 for placement and the bend pipes 41 stored just above the stoppers 11; and second buffer materials 22 that are interposed between the stoppers 11 for placement and the bend pipes 41 stored just below the stoppers 11 for placement. 【課題】梱包時や取り出し時のベンド管の損傷を低減できるとともに変形を防止できるベンド管の梱包構造を提供する。【解決手段】ベンド管４１を、そのピッチが同じものを上下方向に複数段に段積みして収納するとともに、ピッチが長いものから順に外側から内側に並べて収納する梱包構造であって、所定の段数で段積みされているベンド管４１が載置される載置用ストッパー１１と、最上段のベンド管の上方に位置する上部用ストッパー１２と、外側と内側で隣り合うベンド管４１の間に配置され、最も低い位置に配置される載置用ストッパー１１から上部用ストッパー１２まで伸びるスペーサー３２と、載置用ストッパー１１とその真上で収納されるベンド管４１との間に介在する第１緩衝材２１と、載置用ストッパー１１とその真下で収納されるベンド管４１との間に介在する第２緩衝材２２とを備える。【選択図】図３
