Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the possibility of use of an equivalent strain imparting technique for an industrial field by introducing substantially uniform equivalent strain into the whole workpiece, enhancing process precision associated with imparting of the equivalent strain, and accelerating automation.SOLUTION: An equivalent strain imparting device is configured: to gradually increase pressure applied to a workpiece through a first metal mold and a second metal mold of first pressure application means toward target pressure while putting the first metal mold closer to the second metal mold at a gradually decreasing speed; to make second pressure application means start applying pressure after the applied pressure of the first pressure application means reaches the target pressure; to maintain the pressure applied by the first pressure application means at the target pressure while the second metal mold slides; and to remove the pressure applied by the first pressure application means after the second metal mold finishes sliding and then to separate and return the first metal mold from the second metal mold to its initial position while gradually reducing the speed of the first metal mold relative to the second metal mold.
【課題】被処理物全体に略均一な相当ひずみを導入するとともに、この相当ひずみの付与に係るプロセス精度を高めるとともに自動化を推進することにより、この相当ひずみの付与技術の産業場利用可能性を向上させる。【解決手段】第2金型に対する第1金型の速度を徐々に低下させつつ接近させながら第1加圧手段の第1金型及び第2金型を介した被処理物に対する加圧力を目標圧力に向けて徐々に増大させ、第1加圧手段の加圧力が目標圧力に達した後に第2加圧手段による加圧を開始させ、第2金型のスライド中は第1加圧手段の加圧力を目標圧力に維持し、第2金型のスライドを完了した後、第1加圧手段の圧抜きをし、第2金型に対する第1金型の速度を徐々に低下させつつ第1金型を第2金型から離間させて初期位置に戻す相当ひずみ付与装置。【選択図】図1 |
