Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an organic light-emitting element of a multilayer stack structure, of which the structure is simplified, and the drive voltage is reduced; and an organic light-emitting display device arranged by use of such an organic light-emitting element.SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting element comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and stacks between the positive and negative electrodes; the number of the stacks is n (n is a natural number of 2 or larger). In the organic light-emitting element, each stack includes a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer and an electron transport layer. The organic light-emitting element includes an n-type charge-generating layer and a p-type charge-generating layer between the different stacks. The p-type charge-generating layer includes a particular indenofluorenedione derivative or a particular imine derivative.
