Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion pressure sensor of which a connection member and a housing are firmly welded together, and further to provide a combustion pressure sensor used also as a glow plug, a manufacturing method of the combustion pressure sensor and a manufacturing method of the combustion pressure sensor used also as a glow plug.SOLUTION: A combustion pressure sensor 1 comprises: a cylindrical housing 100 extending in an axial direction DX; a displacement member 130 disposed inside the housing 100; and a cylindrical connection member 160 for elastically coupling the displacement member 130 to the housing 100. The combustion pressure sensor 1 has a housing welded portion W1 being obtained by annularly energy beam welding the housing 100 and the connection member 160 in a circumferential direction while spacing the housing 100 and the connection member 160 apart from each other in at least parts of circumferential directions thereof and including a form that a part of the housing 100 is melted in a tapered and wedge-shaped manner in a longitudinal section of the combustion pressure sensor 1.
