Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor overall vibration and local vibration in nuclear reactor output.SOLUTION: A reactor-output-stability monitoring apparatus 100 according to an embodiment includes: a time averaging unit 31 calculating a time average value that is a time average over predetermined averaging time of a local neutron flux signal; a higher-harmonic-difference computation unit 32 extracting a difference between the local neutron flux signal and the time average value as AC component signals; a low-pass filter 33 performing low-pass filtering on the AC component signals; a downsampling unit 34 downsampling low-frequency AC component signals passing through the low-pass filter 33 in a period longer than a detection sampling period, shorter than the averaging time, and equal to or shorter than a period necessary to detect vibration in a reactor core; and a Fourier transform unit 35 performing Fourier transform on the downsampled low-frequency AC component signals and outputting a frequency spectrum density distribution. 【課題】原子炉出力の全体的な振動と局部的な振動を監視する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、原子炉出力安定性監視装置100は、局部中性子束信号の所定の平均化時間にわたる時間平均である時間平均値を算出する時間平均部31と、局部中性子束信号と時間平均値との差分を交流成分信号として抽出する高調波用差分演算部32と、交流成分信号にローパスフィルタリングを施すローパスフィルタ33と、ローパスフィルタを透過した低周波交流成分信号を検出サンプリング周期より長くかつ平均化時間より短く炉心内の振動を検出するに必要な周期以内の周期でダウンサンプリングを行うダウンサンプリング部34と、ダウンサンプリングされた低周波交流成分信号にフーリエ変換を行って周波数スペクトル密度分布を出力するフーリエ変換部35を有する。【選択図】図1
