PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine having a urea-water tank with a sufficient capacity.SOLUTION: A fuel tank 12 is formed in a box shape by a bottom plate 13, a long plate 14 constituting a side surface, a short plate 15 confronting the long plate 14, a front L-shaped side plate 16 and a rear L-shaped side plate confronting with each other between the long plate 14 and the short plate 15, and a stepped upper plate 18 covering upper ends of the long plate 14, the short plate 15, the front L-shaped side plate 16 and the rear L-shaped side plate. The stepped upper plate 18 is constituted by a high surface part 18A, a low surface part 18B, and a longitudinal surface part 18C, and a urea-water tank 34 is formed as an inverse L-shaped container between the high surface part 18A and the low surface part 18B by a vertical tank 35 extended in a vertical direction along the longitudinal surface part 18C and a horizontal tank 36 extended in a horizontal direction from an upper part of the vertical tank 35 onto the high surface part 18A. 【課題】十分な容量の尿素水タンクを設置した建設機械を提供する。【解決手段】燃料タンク１２は、底板１３と、側面を構成する長尺板１４、長尺板１４に対面する短尺板１５、長尺板１４と短尺板１５との間に対面する前Ｌ字状側板１６、後Ｌ字状側板と、長尺板１４と短尺板１５と前Ｌ字状側板１６と後Ｌ字状側板との上端を覆う段付状上板１８とによりボックス状に形成されている。段付状上板１８は、高面部１８Ａ、低面部１８Ｂ、および縦面部１８Ｃにより構成され、尿素水タンク３４は、高面部１８Ａと低面部１８Ｂとの間で、縦面部１８Ｃに沿って上，下方向に延びた縦型タンク部３５と、縦型タンク部３５の上部から高面部１８Ａ上に向けて横向きに延びた横型タンク部３６とにより逆Ｌ字状の容器として形成されている。【選択図】図６
