Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a protective layer on an aluminum foil in which the thicker protective layer is formed on the aluminum foil, a collector for lithium ion secondary battery having the protective layer formed in the method of forming the protective layer, and a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A method of forming a protective layer on an aluminum foil includes: a heat treatment process of obtaining a heat-treated aluminum foil by carrying out heat treatment for holding the aluminum foil at 80 to 160°C for one hour or longer; a protective layer forming composition adjustment process of adjusting a protective layer forming composition by dispersing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and conductive particles in water; and a protective layer formation process of forming a protective layer on a top surface of the heat-treated aluminum foil by applying and drying the protective layer forming composition on the top surface of the heat-treated aluminum foil, the content ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) being 0.5 to less than 7 mass% of the conductive particles in the protective layer forming composition adjustment process.
【課題】アルミニウム箔へより厚みの薄い保護層を形成するアルミニウム箔への保護層形成方法、その保護層形成方法を経て形成された保護層を有するリチウムイオン二次電池用集電体及びリチウムイオン二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】アルミニウム箔を80℃〜160℃で1時間以上保持する熱処理を行って熱処理済アルミニウム箔を得る熱処理工程と、水に、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)と、導電性粒子と、を分散させて保護層形成用組成物を調整する保護層形成用組成物調整工程と、熱処理済アルミニウム箔の表面に保護層形成用組成物を塗布し、乾燥して、熱処理済アルミニウム箔の表面に保護層を形成する保護層形成工程と、を有し、保護層形成用組成物調整工程において、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の含有割合は、導電性粒子に対して0.5質量%以上7質量%未満であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし |
