METHOD OF SEPARATING PLATES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can smoothly, efficiently and accurately separate two plates laminated via a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet such that the plates are subjected to substantially no force (load) causing a large strain (deformation) leading to breakage or cracking.SOLUTION: The method of separating plates according to the present invention is a method of separating two plates laminated via a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, comprising placing a cutting tool having a cutting edge angle of 25° or less and a thickness of 20 mm or less, on a side of a structure composed of a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and two plates, between the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a plate, and applying force in a normal direction of the plate. 【課題】本発明の目的は、粘着シートを介して貼り合わされた２枚の板を、板に破損や割れに至る大きな歪み（変形）が生じるような力（負荷）が実質的に加わることなく、スムーズに、効率よく、精度よく、剥離できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の板の剥離方法は、両面粘着シートを介して貼り合わされた２枚の板を剥離する方法であって、両面粘着シート及び２枚の板から構成される構造物の側面における両面粘着シートと板の間に、刃先の角度が２５?以下であり、厚みが２０ｍｍ以下である刃物を当て、板の法線方向に力を加えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
