PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioner having a high frost or fog removal function.SOLUTION: In a vehicle air conditioner 20, a Peltier element 31, a first heat transfer member 32 connected to a heat radiating surface 31a of the Peltier element 31, and a second heat transfer member 33 connected to an endothermic surface 31b of the Peltier element 31 are stored in a first duct 23, and the first duct 23 communicates with a windshield side blow-out port 24b into a vehicle. A second duct 26 is provided which extends from the first duct 23 in a branching manner, and the second duct 26 extends from the downstream side of the second heat transfer member 33 of the first duct 23 to an air discharge port 11b communicating with the outside of the vehicle. The vicinity of a branch point P1 of the first and second ducts 23, 26 is mounted with a switching valve 27 for making air having passed through the second heat transfer member 33 flow into an arbitrary port among the windshield side blow-out port 24b and the air discharge port 11b. 【課題】霜又は曇りの除去機能が高い車両用空調装置を提供すること。【解決手段】車両用空調装置２０は、ペルチェ素子３１と、このペルチェ素子３１の放熱面３１ａに接続されている第１の伝熱部材３２と、ペルチェ素子３１の吸熱面３１ｂに接続されている第２の伝熱部材３３とが、第１のダクト２３内に収納され、この第１のダクト２３が車内へのフロントガラス側吹き出し口２４ｂに連通している。第１のダクト２３から分岐するように延びる第２のダクト２６を有し、この第２のダクト２６は、第１のダクト２３の第２の伝熱部材３３の下流側から、車外に連通している空気排出口１１ｂまで延びている。第１のダクト２３と第２のダクト２６の分岐点Ｐ１の近傍には、第２の伝熱部材３３を通過した空気を、フロントガラス側吹き出し口２４ｂ又は空気排出口１１ｂのうち、任意の出口に流すための切替弁２７が取り付けられている。【選択図】図１
