Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine the existence/absence of a blood vessel regardless of variations in brightness due to a place of an examined eye image.SOLUTION: A CPU 2 of a PC 1 sets a determination area J including a first area j1 included in a processing area R of an image of an anterior eye part having one or more pixels, and a second area j2 surrounding the first area j1 and being smaller than the processing range R (S4). The CPU 2 sequentially changes a position of the determination area J in the processing area R on the basis of a prescribed scanning procedure (S5). In this case, the CPU 2 determines whether the first area j1 is a blood vessel part bv in each position of the determination area by using luminance information of the first area j1 and luminance information of the second area j2 (S5). Then, the CPU 2 acquires blood vessel information in the processing range R in a RAM 4 on the basis of a determination result by processing of S5. 【課題】被検眼画像の場所による明るさのばらつきに拘わらず、血管の有無を適正に判定すること。【解決手段】PC1のCPU2は、前眼部画像の処理範囲Rに含まれ1又はそれ以上の画素を持つ第1領域j1と、その第1領域j1を囲み処理範囲Rよりも小さな第2領域j2と、を有する判定領域Jを設定する(S4)。また、CPU2は、判定領域Jの位置を、所定の走査手順に基づいて処理範囲Rの中で順次変更する(S5)。このとき、CPU2は、第1領域j1の輝度情報と第2領域j2の輝度情報とを用いて第1領域j1が血管部分bvであるか否かを、判定領域の位置毎に判定する(S5)。そして、CPU2は、処理範囲R内の血管情報をS5の処理による判定結果に基づいてRAM4に取得する。【選択図】 図2
