DC MOTOR WITH BRUSH AND VEHICLE AUXILIARY MACHINE SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor with a brush which improves heat radiation performance of a brush holder and thereby inhibits temperature rise of the brush, and to provide a vehicle auxiliary machine system using the DC motor.SOLUTION: A DC motor with a brush includes: a brush 8 which slidably contacts with a commutator, which rotates with a rotor around which a coil is wound, and thereby is electrically connected with the coil; a brush holder 9 holding the brush 8; and a metal plate member 11 holding a brush holder attachment part 10 formed by an insulation material. The DC motor with the brush has a recessed part 10m, to which the brush holder 9 is fixed, at the brush holder attachment part 10. A protruding part 13, which extends from the bottom surface side of the recessed part 10m to the upper edge side while facing a side surface 10s1 of the recessed part 10m, is provided at the brush holder 9. The protruding part 13 and the side surface 10s1 are thermally connected. 【課題】本発明の目的は、ブラシホルダの放熱性を向上させ、ブラシの温度上昇を抑制したブラシ付き直流モータおよび該モータを用いた車両用補機システムを提供する事にある。【解決手段】コイルが巻装された回転子と共に回転する整流子と摺接することによりコイルに電気的に接続されるブラシ８と、ブラシ８を保持するブラシホルダ９と、絶縁材料によって形成されたブラシホルダ取付部１０を保持する金属製のプレート部材１１とを備え、ブラシホルダ取付部１０にブラシホルダ９が固定された凹部１０ｍを有するブラシ付き直流モータにおいて、ブラシホルダ９に、凹部１０ｍの側面１０ｓ１と対向して凹部１０ｍの底面側から上縁側に向かって延設された突出部１３を設け、突出部１３と側面１０ｓ１とを熱的に接続する。【選択図】 図２Ｂ
