Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection object transport method in which a transmitted beam emitted from a source and an inspection direction of an inspection object are parallel.SOLUTION: A transmission type internal inspection device 10 is configured to include a hopper 11 for supplying an inspection object T, a feeder 12, an arrangement and supply unit 13, a belt conveyor 20, an inspection unit 30 including a source 31 and a transmitted beam detector 32 being an inspection range B, and a selection unit 40. The belt conveyor 20 has a plurality of endless belts 21 juxtaposed in a main scanning direction, and a belt guide 22 for supporting each belt 21 is provided on a lower surface of the belt 21, and the belts 21 are inclined to twist the belt guides 22 so that a transmitted beam A from the source 31 and an inspection direction of the inspection object T are parallel in the inspection range B, and the belts 21 are supported from under by and along the belt guides 22, so that the belts 21 are inclined so as to be twisted also. 【課題】線源から放射される透過線と被検査物の検査方向とが平行となるような被検査物搬送方法を提供する。【解決手段】透過式内部検査装置10は被検査物Tを供給するホッパー11と、フィーダ12と、整列供給部13と、ベルトコンベア20と、線源31と検査範囲Bとなる透過線検出器32を有する検査部30と、選別部40を有した構成となっていて、ベルトコンベア20には無端状のベルト21が主走査方向に複数並列して並べられており、各ベルト21の下面にはベルト21を支持するためのベルトガイド22が各々設けられ、ベルト21は検査範囲Bにおいて線源31からの透過線Aと被検査物Tの検査方向とが平行となるようにベルトガイド22がねじるように傾斜していて、ベルト21がそのベルトガイド22に下面より支持されて沿うことによりベルト21もねじれるように傾斜している。【選択図】図1
