Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a highly accurate glass laminate hardly having a difference of surface accuracy between an outer plate and an inner plate even when the plates have different thicknesses while approaching a forming curve to a design curve.SOLUTION: A method for bending and forming a glass plate constituting a glass laminate formed by laminating two or more glass plates comprises: heating and softening each glass plate constituting the glass laminate; preliminarily forming each glass plate using a first upper part forming die 40 and a first lower forming die 24; superimposing the plurality of glass plates into one to form a superimposed glass plate after each glass plate is preliminarily formed in the preliminary forming step; and forming the superimposed glass plate using a second upper part forming die 42 and a second lower forming die 26. 【課題】成形カーブをデザインカーブに近づけると同時に、板厚が異なっても外板と内板との面精度の差があまり無い高精度な合わせガラスを成形する方法を提供する。【解決手段】2枚以上のガラス板が積層されてなる合わせガラスを構成するガラス板を曲げ成形するうえで、まず、合わせガラスを構成する加熱軟化後の各ガラス板をそれぞれ第1上方成形型40と第1下方成形型24とを用いて予備成形する。次に、その予備成形工程にて各ガラス板がそれぞれ予備成形された後、該複数のガラス板を一つに重ね合わせて重畳ガラス板を形成し、その重畳ガラス板を第2上方成形型42と第2下方成形型26とを用いて本成形する。【選択図】図1
