Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device joint structure capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A building 10, to which a base-isolating device joint structure is applied, comprises: a base-isolating device 12 which comprises a pair of upper and lower flanges; a steel pipe 14 which is provided on the base-isolating device 12 to configure a joint part, which comprises a pair of upper and lower diaphragms, and in which the lower diaphragm 26 provided in a lower part is directly joined to the upper flange 20 of the base-isolating device 12; and a steel beam 18 that is joined to the lower and upper diaphragms 26 and 24. 【課題】施工性を向上させることができる免震装置接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震装置接合構造が適用された建物１０は、上下一対のフランジを備えた免震装置１２と、免震装置１２の上に設けられて仕口部を構成すると共に、上下一対のダイアフラムを備え、下部に設けられた下ダイアフラム２６が免震装置１２の上フランジ２０に直接接合された鋼管１４と、下ダイアフラム２６及び上ダイアフラム２４に接合された鉄骨梁１８と、を有する。【選択図】図１
