THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND FORMED ARTICLE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that has a good flow property and is capable of producing a formed article having excellent scratch resistance, color development, transparency, impact resistance and lubricity, and to provide a formed article thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition containing: a graft copolymer (D) obtained by polymerizing at least an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a cross-linked rubbery polymer (C) that is obtained by crosslink-treating a hydrogenated product of block copolymer comprising a block based on an aromatic vinyl compound and a block based on a conjugated diene-type compound; a graft copolymer (F) obtained by polymerizing at least an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a composite rubbery polymer (E) comprising a poly-organo-siloxane (Ea) and a poly(meth)acrylate (Eb); and a methacrylate resin (G), and in which (C) and (E) have a particular volume average particle diameter, and the ratio of (C) and (E) is in a particular ratio. 【課題】流動性が良好であり、得られる成形品の耐傷付き性、発色性、透明性、耐衝撃性、潤滑性に優れる熱可塑性樹脂組成物およびその成形品を提供する。【解決手段】芳香族ビニル化合物に基づくブロックと共役ジエン系化合物に基づくブロックとを有するブロック共重合体の水素添加物を架橋処理した架橋ゴム質重合体（Ｃ）の存在下に少なくとも芳香族ビニル化合物およびシアン化ビニル化合物を重合して得られたグラフト共重合体（Ｄ）と；ポリオルガノシロキサン（Ｅａ）およびポリ（メタ）アクリル酸エステル（Ｅｂ）からなる複合ゴム状重合体（Ｅ）の存在下に少なくとも芳香族ビニル化合物およびシアン化ビニル化合物を重合して得られたグラフト共重合体（Ｆ）と；メタクリル酸エステル樹脂（Ｇ）とを含み；（Ｃ）、（Ｅ）が特定の体積平均粒子径であり；（Ｃ）、（Ｅ）の比率が特定の比率である熱可塑性樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
