Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a minute helical structure (helical structure base).SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorber is manufactured by curing a resin in a state where orientation is controlled by applying an external force to each of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials in a suspension liquid of a plurality of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials each having a helical structure base and a conductive layer that coats a surface of the base and a resin. 【課題】微小螺旋構造体（螺旋構造のベース）を有効利用すること。【解決手段】螺旋構造のベースと前記ベースの表面を被覆する電導性層とを有する複数の電波吸収材料と、樹脂との懸濁液に対して、前記各電波吸収材料に対して外力が印加されることによって配向が制御された状態で当該樹脂を硬化させて電磁波吸収体を製造する。【選択図】図１
