Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screw fastening device capable of easily and properly performing fitting between a part to be fitted of a male screw member and a fitting part of the automatic screw fastening device.SOLUTION: An automatic screw fastening device includes: a fitting member provided with a fitting part fitted to a part to be fitted formed on a head part of a male screw member; a rotation mechanism which rotates the fitting member around a shaft; an axial direction moving mechanism which moves the fitting member in an axial direction; a fitting detection sensor which detects a fitting state between the fitting part and the part to be fitted; and a control part. Therein, the control part executes approach processing for moving the fitting member in an approach direction from such a state that the fitting part and the part to be fitted are separated from each other to such a fitting position that the fitting part is fitted to the part to be fitted, correction processing for separating the fitting part from the part to be fitted and rotating the fitting member by a correction angle when the fitting state is not detected after completion of the approach processing, and re-approach processing which is performed after completion of the correction processing.
【課題】雄ねじ部材の被嵌合部と自動ねじ締め装置の嵌合部との嵌合を容易かつ適切に行うことが可能な自動ねじ締め装置の実現が望まれる。【解決手段】雄ねじ部材の頭部に形成された被嵌合部に嵌合する嵌合部を備える嵌合部材と、嵌合部材を軸周りに回転させる回転機構と、嵌合部材を軸方向に移動させる軸方向移動機構と、嵌合部と被嵌合部との嵌合状態を検出する嵌合検出センサと、制御部とを備え、制御部は、雄ねじ部材が保持部に保持された状態で、嵌合部と被嵌合部とが離間した状態から嵌合部が被嵌合部に嵌合する嵌合位置まで、嵌合部材を接近方向に移動させる接近処理と、接近処理の完了後に嵌合状態が検出されない場合に、嵌合部を被嵌合部から離間させて、嵌合部材を補正角度だけ回転させる補正処理と、補正処理の完了後に行う再接近処理とを実行する。【選択図】図1 |
