Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction hydrogen water effectively utilizing the reducibility of electrons which a redox salt has, and a dietary supplement including a mixture of the redox salt and Ca made from weathered shell fossils, which is ionized in the body and easily absorbed, having effects such as skeleton formation and prevention of the deposition of Ca on the inner wall of blood vessel.SOLUTION: The dietary supplement includes a mixture of a redox salt formed of at least one of the salt contained in sea water and the himalayan rock salt and weathered shell fossils. The weathered shell fossils include weathered calcium formed by pulverizing shell fossils at a temperature allowing the Ca component contained in the shell fossils not to be ionized. 【課題】酸化還元塩が有する電子による還元性を有効に利用した還元水素水、及び、その酸化還元塩と、体内でイオン化して吸収され易いＣａである風化貝化石を原料とするＣａを配合し、骨格形成や血管内壁へのＣａ沈着の防止などの効果を有する健康補助食品を提供する。【解決手段】海水生成塩、ヒマラヤ岩塩の少なくとも一つの酸化還元塩と、風化貝化石を配合していることを特徴とする健康補助食品であって、その風化貝化石が、貝類化石に含まれるＣａ成分がイオン化しない温度で、貝類化石を粉末加工して形成した風化カルシウムであることを特徴とする健康補助食品。【選択図】なし
