Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate provided with a conductive film which exerts good conductivity even at low baking temperatures and has persistent temperature stability and its production method.SOLUTION: A method of producing a substrate provided with a conductive film includes a step of preparing a binder which has a binder matrix containing inorganically crosslinked SiO, a step of dispersing a conductive pigment in the binder by mechanical convection, with a ratio of the conductive pigment being 10-40 wt.% and the conductive pigment used being carbon, a step of structuring partially a coating material obtained by the dispersion and printing on the substrate, and a step of drying the resultant film in the temperature range of 20-250°C. 【課題】低い焼き付け温度でも良好な導電性を発揮する、持続的に温度安定性を有する導電性被膜を備えた基板及び製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】結合剤を準備する工程であって、結合剤が、無機的に架橋されたSiO2含有の結合剤マトリックスを有する工程と、機械的対流により結合剤中の導電性顔料を分散させる工程であって、導電性顔料の割合が10から40重量%であり、導電性顔料として炭素を使用する工程と、分散によって得られた被覆材を基板上に、部分的に構造化して印刷する工程と、得られた被膜を20から250℃の範囲内の温度で乾燥させる工程と、を少なくとも含む。【選択図】図7
