Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a battery load test while creating the same situation as a situation in which an abnormality alarm is produced such as a situation of a fire, and to enable accurate notification of a reduction in a battery capacity.SOLUTION: A house alarm 10 operates using a battery 34 as a power supply. An alarm processing unit 70 controls an alarm sound indicating abnormality to be output from a loudspeaker 36 of a notification unit 32 if the abnormality is detected from a detection signal of a sensor unit 26. A battery testing unit 72 detects a battery voltage while a voice amplifier unit 62 amplifies a silent test signal and a drive current equivalent to that during an abnormality alarm is carried to the loudspeaker 36 in a case of conducting a battery load test on a regular basis. A battery-capacity monitoring unit 74 determines a battery capacity is reduced and controls a battery-capacity-reduction alarm to be output from the loudspeaker 36 of the notification unit 32 if the battery voltage detected in the battery load test conducted by the battery testing unit 72 is reduced to be equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold. 【課題】火災をはじめとする異常警報時と同じ状況を生成して電池負荷試験を行い、電池容量低下を正確に報知可能とする。【解決手段】住警器10は、電池34を電源として動作する。警報処理部70はセンサ部26の検出信号から異常を検出した時に報知部32のスピーカ36から異常を示す警報音を出力させる。電池試験部72は定期的に電池負荷試験を行う場合に、音声増幅部62で無音試験信号を増幅してスピーカ36に異常警報時と同等な駆動電流を流した状態で電池電圧を検出する。電池容量監視部74は電池試験部72の電池負荷試験により検出した電池電圧が所定の閾値以下に低下した場合に電池容量低下と判断し、報知部36から電池容量低下警報を出力させる。【選択図】図2
