Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for removing coating having low environmental load, low inflammability and excellent detergent performance to coating.SOLUTION: There is provide a detergent for removing coating containing components (A), (B) and (C) with following ratio. (A) a total of a specific glycol ether compound (A1) and specific dibasic acid dialkyl ester (A2): 85 to 92 wt.%. (B) a surfactant: 2 to 5 wt.%. (C) water: 6 to 10 wt.%. Where, weight ratio of the glycol ether compound (A1) and the dibasic acid dialkyl ester (A2) is 99/1 to 30/70 and the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.%. 【課題】環境負荷が小さいともに、引火性が低く、塗料に対する優れた洗浄性能を有する塗料除去用洗浄剤を提供する。【解決手段】成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）を以下の割合で含有する塗料除去用洗浄剤。（Ａ）特定のグリコールエーテル系化合物（Ａ１）及び特定の二塩基酸ジアルキルエステル（Ａ２）の合計：８５〜９２重量％（Ｂ）界面活性剤：２〜５重量％（Ｃ）水：６〜１０重量％（但し、グリコールエーテル系化合物（Ａ１）と二塩基酸ジアルキルエステル（Ａ２）との重量比率は９９／１〜３０／７０であり、かつ成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）の合計量を１００重量％とする。）【選択図】なし
