Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft sealing gate valve capable of surely suppressing melting of a rubber component to water, and exhibiting excellent durability of a guide protrusion of a valve element.SOLUTION: A soft sealing gate valve includes a valve element 2 moved to an opening and closing direction and opening and closing an internal flow passage 10 of a valve casing 1. The valve element 2 includes a valve body 20 having cut-off parts 22 and 23 abutted to valve seat parts 13 and 14 of the valve casing 1, and a guide protrusion 21 fitted in a guide groove 15 of the valve casing 1 and movable in the guide groove 15, and at least the cut-off parts 22 and 23 of the valve body 20 are covered by a rubber material. When the valve element 2 is guided and moved to the closing direction by the guide protrusion 21 and the guide groove 15, the cut-off parts 22 and 23 are abutted to the valve seat parts 13 and 14, and water is cut off by elasticity of the rubber material. The whole outer surface of the rubber material of the valve body 20 is covered by a resin material, and at least a portion of the guide protrusion 21 slidably contacted with the guide groove 15 is covered by the resin material. The resin material of the guide protrusion 21 is thicker than the resin material of the valve body 20. 【課題】ゴム成分の水への溶け出しをより確実に抑え、かつ、弁体のガイド突部の耐久性がよいソフトシール仕切弁を提供する。【解決手段】ソフトシール仕切弁は開閉方向に移動して弁箱1の内部流路10を開閉する弁体2を備える。弁体2は、弁箱1の弁座部13、14に当接する止水部22、23が設けられた弁本体20と、弁箱1のガイド溝15に嵌ってガイド溝15内を移動可能なガイド突部21とを備え、弁本体20の少なくとも止水部22、23はゴム材で覆われている。弁体2がガイド突部21とガイド溝15とによって閉方向に案内されて移動すると、止水部22、23が弁座部13、14に当接し、ゴム材の弾性によって止水が行われる。弁本体20のゴム材の外面全体は樹脂材で覆われており、ガイド突部21の少なくともガイド溝15に摺接する部分は樹脂材で覆われている。ガイド突部21の樹脂材は弁本体20の樹脂材よりも厚みがある。【選択図】図2
