PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel which can drain rainwater and the like entering a panel body to the outside of the panel body surely, can prevent corrosion due to electric corrosion, and has high strength.SOLUTION: A lower surface of a panel body 1 comprises: a back plate lower part folding part 7 formed by folding a lower part of a back plate 4 to a front plate 3 side in an upwardly inclined manner; a water guide plate 8 disposed in a downwardly inclined manner to the front plate 3 side having an interval with the back plate lower part folding part 7; and a reverse-L-shaped fitting plate 9 bonded to a lower surface of a front plate lower part folding part 3a which is folded to the back plate 4 side in an upwardly inclined manner. A back plate side end part 8a of the water guide plate 8 is bonded to the back plate 4 via a water stop material 10, a front plate side end part 8b of the water guide plate 8 is bonded to an upper surface of the front plate lower part folding part 3a via an insulation material 11, a tip 7a of the back plate lower part folding part 7 is bonded to a lower surface of the water guide plate 8, and a drain port is formed at a corner part of the front plate lower part folding part 3a. 【課題】パネル本体内に浸入した雨水等を確実にパネル本体外に排水することができ、電蝕による腐食を防止することができ、しかも、強度が高い防音パネルを提供する。【解決手段】パネル本体１の下面は、背面板４の下部を正面板３側に登り傾斜に折り曲げて形成した背面板下部折り曲げ部７と、背面板下部折り曲げ部７と間隔をあけて正面板３側に下り傾斜に配された導水板８と、背面板４側に登り傾斜に折り曲げられた正面板下部折り曲げ部３ａの下面に接合された逆Ｌ形の嵌合板９とからなり、導水板８の背面板側端部８ａは、止水材１０を介して背面板４に接合され、導水板８の正面板側端部８ｂは、絶縁材１１を介して正面板下部折り曲げ部３ａの上面に接合され、背面板下部折り曲げ部７の先端７ａは、導水板８の下面に接合され、正面板下部折り曲げ部３ａのコーナー部には、排水口が形成されている。【選択図】図１
