Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition for beauty and health that is suitable as a production promoter of collagen or hyaluronic acid resolving trouble in skin condition, such as dryness of skin, and deterioration in resilience.SOLUTION: The oral composition for beauty and health of the present invention contains a fermentation composition obtained by a method which includes: a bacillus natto inoculation step of inoculating bacillus natto into a culture medium including rice bran and soybeans; and a fermentation step of performing fermentation of rice bran and soybeans. 【課題】肌の乾燥、弾力の低下等、肌状態の不具合を解消するコラーゲン又はヒアルロン酸の産生促進剤として好適な美容健康用経口組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の美容健康用経口組成物は、米糠類及び大豆類を含む培地に納豆菌を接種する納豆菌接種工程と、米糠類及び大豆類の発酵を行う発酵工程とを備える方法により得られた発酵組成物を含有する。【選択図】なし
