Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main rope tension measuring device for an elevator, which is enabled to monitor the tension of a main rope at all times and to mount a sensor part for detecting a load.SOLUTION: A main rope tension measuring device comprises: a thimble rod 7 disposed at each of the end parts of a plurality of main ropes 4; a spring receiver seat 8, through which the thimble rod 7 extends; a spring 9 extended therethrough by the thimble rod 7 and having one end contacting with the spring receiver seat 8 for supporting the main ropes 4; a spring seat 10 contacting with the other end of the spring 9 for suppressing the spring 9; a nut 11 and a lock nut 12 screwed into the thimble rod 7 and contacting the spring seat 10 for determining the telescopic extent of the spring 9; a rope socket 6 for connecting the main rope 4 and the thimble rod 7; a sensor part 13 contacting at one longitudinal end with the spring seat 10 and clamped at the other end between the sensor fixing portions attached to the side of said thimble rod 7; and a strain gauge 15 mounted on the sensor part 13 for detecting the strain amount of said sensor part. 【課題】主ロープのテンションの常時監視を可能とし、荷重を検出するセンサ部の取り付けを容易とする。【解決手段】複数の主ロープ4の端部にそれぞれに設けられたシンブルロッド7と、シンブルロッド7が貫通するばね受け座8と、シンブルロッド7が貫通し、一端がばね受け座8に接して主ロープ4を支持するばね9と、ばね9の他端に接してばね9を抑えるばね座10と、シンブルロッド7にねじ込まれ、ばね座10に接してばね9の伸縮量を決定するナット11及びロックナット12と、主ロープ4とシンブルロッド7を接続するロープソケット6と、長手方向の一端でばね座10に接し、他端で前記シンブルロッド7側に取り付けられたセンサ固定部に接して両者間に挟持されるセンサ部13と、センサ部13に設けられ、当該センサ部13の歪み量を検出する歪みゲージ15と、を備えた。【選択図】図3
