Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling method for a steel plate coil by which generation of a portion as an off-gage is suppressed and improvement of a yield can be achieved, and a cold rolling facility for the method.SOLUTION: In a cold rolling method by which steel plate coils fed by a pay-off reel 4 are wound around an outlet side tension reel 2 and an inlet side tension reel 3 respectively, and are repeatedly depressed by a rolling mill 1, after cold rolling, a residual wound steel plate coil which remains at the inlet side tension reel 3 is removed from the inlet side tension reel 3, a new steel plate coil is loaded onto the pay-off reel 4, then the residual wound steel plate coil and the new steel plate coil are joined with each other, the residual wound steel plate coil is taken up by the pay-off reel 4, further the new steel plate coil which is continuous to the taken-up residual wound steel plate coil positioned at the beginning is fed by the pay-off reel and is wound between the outlet side tension reel 2 and the inlet side tension reel 3, and a next cold rolling is started.
【課題】オフゲージとなる部分の発生を抑制し歩留りの改善を図ることができる鋼板コイルの冷間圧延方法およびその冷間圧延設備を提案する。【解決手段】ペイオフリール4によって送出された鋼板コイルを、出側テンションリール2と入側テンションリール3にそれぞれ巻き掛け、圧延機1にて交互に繰り返し圧下する冷間圧延方法において、冷間圧延後、入側テンションリール3に残存する残巻き鋼板コイルを入側テンションリール3から取り外すとともに、ペイオフリール4に新たな鋼板コイルを装填し、次いで、残巻き鋼板コイルと新たな鋼板コイルをつなぎ合わせて残巻き鋼板コイルをペイオフリール4にて巻き取り、さらに、巻き取られた残巻き鋼板コイルを先頭にしてこれにつながる新たな鋼板コイルをペイオフリールより送出するとともに出側テンションリール2及び入側テンションリール3の相互間に巻き掛けて次の冷間圧延を開始する。【選択図】図1 |
