PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a grasp of an operation situation of a pressure regulation function that keeps a second side piping at a specified pressure to cope with a failure or the like.SOLUTION: A second side piping of a pre-action valve device 24 connected with a sprinkler head 26 is supplied with pressurization fire extinguishing water on a first side through a pressure regulation motor-operated valve 44 and kept at a specified pressure. A control part of a pre-action valve control board 34 opens and controls the pressure regulation motor-operated valve 44 by detection of pressure reduction by a pressure reduction detector 50 for pressure regulation and restores the pressure inside the second side piping to the specified pressure. A pressure regulation monitoring part of the pre-action valve control board 34 counts a number of operations of the pressure regulation motor-operated valve 44 and/or the pressure reduction detector 50 for pressure regulation from a time of detecting reception of a reset operation. If reception of display operation of pressure regulation information is detected, the number of operations of the pressure regulation motor-operated valve 44 and/or the pressure reduction detector 50 for pressure regulation is displayed on a display part. 【課題】２次側配管を規定圧力に保つ調圧機能の動作状況を把握可能として障害などに対処可能とする。【解決手段】スプリンクラーヘッド２６を接続した予作動弁装置２４の２次側配管に、調圧用電動弁４４を介して１次側の加圧消火水を供給して規定圧力に保持している。予作動弁制御盤３４の制御部は、調圧用減圧検出器５０の減圧検出により調圧用電動弁４４を開放制御して２次側配管内の圧力を規定圧力に回復させる。予作動弁制御盤３４の調圧監視部は、リセット操作の受付けを検出したときからの調圧用電動弁４４及び又は調圧用減圧検出器５０の動作回数を計数し、調圧情報の表示操作の受付けを検出した場合に、調圧用電動弁４４及び又は調圧用減圧検出器５０の動作回数を表示部に表示させる。【選択図】図１
