Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesis method which can easily and efficiently obtain crystalline ceramic having a crystallite diameter of about 1-10 nm.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a crystalline ceramic synthesis method characterized in that a synthetic reaction is performed in the presence of a solid or porous body having a surface area of 10 mgor more, and crystal ceramic produced by the method and having a crystallite diameter of less than 10 nm. 【課題】1〜10nm程度の結晶子径を有する結晶セラミックスを簡便且つ効率的に得ることができる合成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】結晶セラミックスの合成方法であって、合成反応を10 m2g-1以上の表面積を有する固体又は細孔体の存在下で行なうことを特徴とする、前記方法、及び、該方法で製造される結晶子径が10nm未満である結晶セラミックス。【選択図】図1
