Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection sensor of a volatile organic compound component amount which is capable of detecting a component amount of a volatile organic compound contained in gas to be measured selectively, high-sensitivity and continuously by measuring absorbance of formazan pigment generated by NADH amplification due to enzyme cycling reaction.SOLUTION: A detection sensor 10 of a volatile organic compound component amount which is used for detecting a component amount of a volatile organic compound contained in gas to be measured comprises a reaction tank 16 into which a reaction solution can be introduced. After the reaction solution is introduced into the reaction tank 16, the gas to be measured is taken into the reaction tank 16, the volatile organic compound is dissolved into the reaction solution, which causes enzyme cycling reaction in the reaction tank 16 to create formazan pigment that is a reaction product of the cycling reaction, and changes of absorbance of the formazan pigment to be created in the reaction tank 16 is measured, by which a volatile organic compound component amount in the gas to be measured is detected. 【課題】酵素サイクリング反応によるNADH増幅によって生じるホルマザン色素の吸光度を測定することにより、測定対象ガスに含まれる揮発性有機化合物の成分量を選択的に高感度且つ、連続的に検出可能とする揮発性有機化合物成分量検出センサを提供する。【解決手段】測定対象ガス中に含まれる揮発性有機化合物の成分量を検出するために用いる揮発性有機化合物成分量検出センサ10を反応溶液が内部に導入可能な反応槽16を備え、反応槽16内に反応溶液を導入させた後、測定対象ガスを反応槽16内に取り込み、揮発性有機化合物を反応溶液に溶解させることで、反応槽16内において、酵素サイクリング反応を起こし、サイクリング反応の反応生成物であるホルマザン色素を生成させるとともに、生成されるホルマザン色素の反応槽16内における吸光度変化を計測していくことで、測定対象ガス中の揮発性有機化合物成分量を検出する構成とした。【選択図】図1
