Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily implement a lottery event or the like by a telephone.SOLUTION: A lottery notification device includes; acquisition means for acquiring the incoming call information on dispatch to a predetermined telephone number from a plurality of callers; lottery means for performing lottery from the incoming call information acquired from the acquisition means to select a winner; message transmission means for transmitting a message to a user terminal of the winner based on the incoming call information of the winner selected by the lottery means; and user information registration means for storing the user information received from the user terminal based on the message in user information storage means. 【課題】電話による抽選イベント等を容易に実施することを可能とする。【解決手段】抽選通知装置に、複数の発信者からの所定の電話番号への発信に係る着信呼情報を取得する取得手段と、前記取得手段により取得された着信呼情報から抽選を行って、当選者を選定する抽選手段と、前記抽選手段により選定された当選者の着信呼情報に基づいて、当該当選者の利用者端末にメッセージを送信するメッセージ送信手段と、前記メッセージに基づき前記利用者端末から受信した利用者情報を利用者情報記憶手段に格納する利用者情報登録手段とを備える。【選択図】図４
