Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery system, a ship, and an exhaust heat recovery method capable of reducing difficulties in adopting an organic Rankine cycle system, and adopting the organic Rankine cycle system relatively easily.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery system 1 includes: a diesel engine 3; an exhaust gas economizer 11 implementing heat exchange with exhaust gas discharged from the diesel engine 3 to generate steam; a high-pressure steam drum 18 supplying water to the exhaust gas economizer 11, the steam generated by the exhaust gas economizer 11 being supplied to the high-pressure steam drum 18; an ORC system 13 circulating a low-boiling-point medium in an evaporator 46 to drive a turbine 48; and a water-for-heating circulation system implementing heat exchange between the low-boiling-point medium and hot water for heating supplied from the high-pressure steam drum 18 and then returning the water for heating obtained by reducing a temperature of the hot water for heating to the high-pressure steam drum 18.
【課題】有機ランキンサイクルシステムの採用の困難性を低減し、有機ランキンサイクルシステムの採用を比較的容易にすることが可能な排熱回収システム、船舶及び排熱回収方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】排熱回収システム1は、ディーゼルエンジン3と、ディーゼルエンジン3から排出される排ガスと熱交換して蒸気を生成する排ガスエコノマイザ11と、排ガスエコノマイザ11に水を供給し、かつ、排ガスエコノマイザ11で生成された蒸気が供給される高圧蒸気ドラム18と、低沸点媒体が蒸発器46を流通してタービン48を駆動するORCシステム13と、低沸点媒体と高圧蒸気ドラム18から供給された加熱用熱水が熱交換をさせたのち、前記加熱用熱水の温度が低下した加熱用水を高圧蒸気ドラム18に戻す加熱用水循環系統とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
