Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure capable of reducing a disassembling range of an existing building.SOLUTION: The building structure 10 comprises a foundation 17 for a new building 12 constructed inside an outer wall 42A of an existing underground skeleton 42. The foundation 17 is constituted of a new construction pile 14 and a footing foundation 16 supported by the pile 14. The building structure 10 also comprises a foundation beam 18 provided so as to extend toward the outer wall 42A of the existing underground skeleton 42 from the foundation 17 and a column 20 for the new building 12 provided on the foundation beam 18. 【課題】既存建物の解体範囲を小さくすることができる建物構造を得る。【解決手段】建物構造１０は、既存地下躯体４２の外壁４２Ａの内側に構築された新築建物１２用の基礎１７を備えている。基礎１７は、新設の杭１４と、杭１４に支持されるフーチング基礎１６と、で構成されている。さらに、建物構造１０は、基礎１７から既存地下躯体４２の外壁４２Ａに向かって延在するように設けられた基礎梁１８と、基礎梁１８の上に設けられた新築建物１２用の柱２０と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
