Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a sealing member by reducing a change in a space between a vehicle body opening and a laminated panel, even when a resin panel composing the laminated panel expands or contracts due to a change in the environmental temperature.SOLUTION: A panel assembly 10 includes: a laminated panel 11 that comprises a glass panel 12 and a resin panel 13 laminated on the glass panel 12 and having a linear expansion coefficient larger than that of the glass panel 12; and a holder 15 that is provided on the resin panel 13 side of the laminated panel 11 and supports the laminated panel 11. The resin panel 13 has a through hole 22 that is arranged along an outer edge thereof, and, on the inside of the through hole 22, the holder 15 is bonded to a resin panel-side principal surface 12b of the glass panel 12.
