REPAIR PIPE MATERIAL OF CABLE PROTECTION PIPE ATTACHED TO BRIDGE AND SOCKET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair pipe material which may be used for a long distance repair part and is made of fiber-reinforced plastic and thereby improve the repair workability and reduce the costs required for the repair.SOLUTION: In order to repair a deterioration part of a cable protection pipe for housing and protecting a cable tightly stretched along a bridge, the deterioration part is removed and then an FRP-made repair pipe material 1 connects portions of the existing cable protection pipe, which are located at both sides sandwiching a removed portion, with each other. The repair pipe material 1 includes a circular pipe part 2 and ribs 3. The ribs 3 protrude in a tangential direction from symmetrical positions on a pipe circumference with respect to a radial center line of the circular pipe part 2 and extend in a pipe axis direction. The circular pipe part 2 is split in half at symmetrical positions and is formed by half pipe members 4 where the ribs 3 extend from both end parts of a half circular pipe part 6. The half pipe members 4, which make a pair, are joined by fitting protruding parts 7 in recessed parts 8 at both end parts. 【課題】長い距離の補修箇所に対応可能なＦＲＰ製の補修管材を提供し、補修の作業性を向上させ、補修に要するコストを抑制する。【解決手段】橋梁に沿って張設されるケーブルを収容して保護するケーブル保護管の劣化部分を補修するため、その劣化部分を除去した後、除去部分を挟む両側の既設のケーブル保護管を接続するＦＲＰ製の補修管材１において、円管部２とリブ３とを備え、前記リブ３は、円管部２の径方向の中心線について管周上の対称位置から接線方向へ迫り出し、管軸方向へ延びるものとする。円管部２を対称位置で半割りし、その半円管部６の両端部から前記リブ３を延出した半管部材４から成るものとし、対となる半管部材４を、その両端部の凸部７と凹部８の嵌入により接合して固定する。【選択図】図１
