TERMINAL CONNECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection device capable of connecting a crimp terminal with a simple operation without a need of a screwing operation.SOLUTION: A terminal connection structure 20 comprises terminal connection means 203 having a support part 300a and a leaf spring part 220a, and a terminal 60 has a hole 600 at its center. The support part 300a comprises a positioning hole 330 having a hole with a similar degree with the hole 600. The leaf spring part 220a comprises a notch part 260 larger than the hole 600. When the terminal 60 is inserted, a position of the terminal 60 is coincident with a center of the positioning hole 330 of the support part 300a. The notch part 260 is overlaid on the hole 600, and the terminal 60 is fixed by a detachment prevention pin 50 penetrating through the hole 600. A case 5 comprises a body case 10 and a cover case 40. The cover case 40 comprises a housing part 410 of the detachment prevention pin 50. The terminal connection structure 20 is set to the body case 10, and the cover case 40 is fitted on it. 【課題】ネジ締め作業が不要な、簡易な操作で圧着端子を接続することができる端子接続装置【解決手段】端子接続構造２０は支持部３００ａと板ばね部２２０ａを有する端子接続手段２０３を備え、端子６０は中央に穴６００を有し、支持部３００ａはこの穴６００と同程度の穴を有する位置決め孔３３０を備え、板ばね部２２０ａはこの穴６００よりも大きい切り欠き部２６０を備え、端子６０が挿入されたとき端子６０と支持部３００ａの位置決め孔３３０の中心は位置が一致し、切り欠き部２６０は穴６００に重なり、穴６００を貫く抜け止めピン５０で端子６０が固定される。ケース５は本体ケース１０とカバーケース４０とを備え、カバーケース４０は抜け止めピン５０の収容部４１０を備え、本体ケース１０に端子接続構造２０がセットされ、その上にカバーケース４０が嵌め込まれる。【選択図】図１
