PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard fence capable of having its main bracket easily prevented from deforming or breaking.SOLUTION: A guard fence 100 includes: two main supports 10 which are stood side by side; an intermediate support 20 which is stood between the two main supports 10; an upper-stage beam 40a and a lower-stage beam 30a which are installed on the two main supports 10, and fixed; an upper-stage intermediate bracket 22 which is fitted to the road-side front of the intermediate support 20, and supports the upper-stage beam 40a without fastening it; and a lower-stage intermediate bracket 21 which is fitted to the road-side front of the intermediate support 20, and supports the lower-stage beam 30a. 【課題】主ブラケットの変形や破損の発生を容易に抑えることが可能な防護柵を提供する。【解決手段】防護柵１００は、並んで立設された２つの主支柱１０と、２つの主支柱１０の間に立設された中間支柱２０と、２つの主支柱１０に架設され、固定された上段ビーム４０ａ及び下段ビーム３０ａと、中間支柱２０の車道側の前面に取り付けられ、上段ビーム４０ａを締結することなく支持する上段中間ブラケット２２と、中間支柱２０の車道側の前面に取り付けられ、下段ビーム３０ａを支持する下段中間ブラケット２１とを備える。【選択図】図１
