Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of waste paper containing waste laminate paper in which a throughput of waste laminate paper and a yield of pulp are high, and dust removal from pulp slurry and distributed processing by kneading can be performed suitably.SOLUTION: A method includes: a disintegration step putting waste paper containing waste laminate paper, water and alkali chemicals in a pulper and performing disintegration treatment; a filtration step diluting pulp slurry by injecting dilution water into the pulper and filtering the diluted pulp slurry through a strainer; a concentration step concentrating the filtered pulp slurry with a concentration machine, and making concentrated pulp slurry having a slurry concentration of 3.5-6 mass%; a dust removal step gaining dust removed pulp slurry by removing dust from the concentrated pulp slurry by a screen; and a kneading step performing distributed processing by kneading after dewatering of the dust removed pulp slurry. The waste paper containing waste laminate paper is charged in a range of 10-15 mass% for the gross quantity of the waste paper containing waste laminate paper, water and alkali chemicals. 【課題】 ラミネート古紙の処理量及びパルプの収率が高く、パルプスラリーの除塵やニーディングによる分散処理が好適に行えるラミネート古紙を含む古紙の再生処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ラミネート古紙を含む古紙と水とアルカリ剤とをパルパーに入れ、離解処理を行う離解ステップと、該パルパーに希釈水を注入してパルプスラリーを希釈し、希釈されたパルプスラリーをストレーナを通して濾過する濾過ステップと、濾過されたパルプスラリーを濃縮機で濃縮しスラリー濃度が3.5〜6質量%の濃縮パルプスラリーとする濃縮ステップと、濃縮パルプスラリーをスクリーンにより除塵して除塵パルプスラリーを得る除塵ステップと、除塵パルプスラリーを脱水後、ニーディングによって分散処理を行うニーディングステップとを有し、ラミネート古紙を含む古紙は、ラミネート古紙を含む古紙と水とアルカリ剤との全量に対して10〜15質量%の範囲で投入する。【選択図】図2
