Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which uses a cleaning recovery material containing dust other than dry-state dust and collected in a steel mill as a blend raw material in production of sintered ore and improves the recycle rate of the whole of the cleaning recovery material without deterioration of the quality of sintered ore or productivity of sintered ore.SOLUTION: A method of producing sintered ore includes a mixing step of mixing iron ore as a raw material of sintered ore and an auxiliary material for adjusting the ingredients of the sintered ore with a cleaning recovery material 1 recovered in a steel mill to obtain their blend raw material 4, a blend raw material stirring step of stirring the obtained blend raw material 4 so that the cleaning recovery material 1 is dispersed uniformly in the blend raw material 4, a granulation step of adding a carbonaceous material 3 serving as an aggregation material to the stirred blend raw material 4 to granulate a pseudo-particle 5 and a sintering step of sintering the pseudo-particle 5 to produce sintered ore. 【課題】焼結鉱製造時の配合原料として、乾燥状態のダスト以外のダストを含んで製鉄所内で採取される清掃回収物を使用し、焼結鉱の品質を低下させず、かつ、焼結鉱の生産性を低下させないで、清掃回収物全体の再利用率を向上することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】焼結鉱の原料の鉄鉱石、及び焼結鉱の成分を調整する副原料に、製鉄所内で回収された清掃回収物1を混合して、これらが配合された配合原料4を得る混合工程と、得られた配合原料4を、清掃回収物1が配合原料4中に均等に分散するように攪拌する配合原料攪拌工程と、攪拌された配合原料4に、凝結材である炭材3を加えて擬似粒子5を造粒する造粒工程と、造粒された擬似粒子5を焼結して焼結鉱を製造する焼結工程とを有する焼結鉱の製造方法。【選択図】図1
