Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet, a high-strength galvanized steel sheet and a high-strength alloyed galvanized steel sheet which have a maximum tensile strength(TS) of 780 MPa or higher and are applicable to impact absorption members on collision and their production method.SOLUTION: A steel sheet has a micro-structure which contains, by volume fraction, 20% or more of ferrite as the main phase and a total of 5-80% of martensite and/or bentonite as the second phase and is restricted in volume fraction of retained austenite to smaller than 10%. The ratio of martensite and bentonite particles having one or more grains of penetrating ferrite is 20% or more of all the martensite and bentonite particles.
【課題】最大引張強度(TS)780MPa以上で衝突時の衝撃吸収部材に適用可能な高強度冷延鋼板、高強度溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板、及び、高強度合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板とこれらの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ミクロ組織が、体積分率で主相としてフェライトを20%以上含有し、第二相としてマルテンサイト及びベイナイトの1種又は2種以上を合計で5〜80%以下含有し、残留オーステナイト体積率を10%未満に制限する鋼板であって、一個以上の貫通フェライトを持つマルテンサイト粒、あるいは、ベイナイト粒の割合が、全マルテンサイト粒及びベイナイト粒の20%以上となることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
