Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordierite pottery product, especially porcelain tableware that is free of glaze penetration even under the same burning condition as ordinary porcelain, and excellent in thermal shock resistance, and has low thermal expansion.SOLUTION: A basis material is subjected to glazing and main burning after biscuit burning, and thus the raw material reacts to produce cordierite and the basis material becomes pottery of low thermal expansion. A glaze gets lower thermal expansion than that of the basis material because of a crystal of low thermal expansion generated by a reaction in the main burning and synthetic cordierite added in advance to a glaze raw material. A sintered body free of glaze penetration is, therefore, obtained even under the same burning condition as ordinary porcelain.
【課題】普通磁器と同じ焼成条件でも、釉薬に貫入がなく、低熱膨張で耐熱衝撃性に優れたコーディエライト質の陶磁器製品、特に磁器食器を提供する。【解決手段】素地を素焼きした後、釉薬を施して本焼成を行うことで、素地は原料が反応することによってコーディエライトが生成し、低熱膨張の陶磁器となる。また、釉薬は本焼成時の反応によって生成する低熱膨張の結晶と、あらかじめ釉薬原料に添加していた合成コーディエライトにより、その熱膨張が素地よりも小さくなることで、普通磁器と同じ焼成条件でも、釉薬に貫入のない焼結体を得ることができる。【選択図】なし |
