PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body processing method by which a surface treatment agent such as a coating material can uniformly act on a vehicle body surface, and a vehicle body washing apparatus.SOLUTION: A surface treatment agent such a coating material is applied onto a washed surface of a washed vehicle body, and wash water is injected onto the washed surface of the vehicle body on which the surface treatment agent is applied.
