Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control device capable of improving productivity.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle control device 100 includes: electrical components for controlling an electric vehicle; conductors 102a to e electrically connected to the electrical components; and insulative first insulation sections 103a to e provided in coating regions of the conductors 102a to e. The first insulation sections 103a to e are formed by inserting the conductors 102a to e in a heat shrinkable tubular member folded in a length direction and heating the tubular member after extending the tubular member along the shapes of the coating regions while developing the tubular member.
