Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus that hardly have dust stuck on a light emission window of an exposure device although an air flow is generated in the image formation apparatus, and can be made compact.SOLUTION: When a waste toner box 37 is mounted on a front side of an image formation apparatus 1, opening ends of respective spaces SP are closed with respective removable members 37a of the waste toner box 37 to prevent respective light emission window glasses 11a from getting dirty with entering dust etc., and air flows in order through a suction fan 41, a third air flow passage A3 of a front duct D1, first air flow passages A1 of the respective removable members 37a, front-side connection air flow passages Af of respective front-side connection ducts 12e, and second air flow passages A2 in respective photoreceptor units 12 so as to cool inner parts of the respective photoreceptor units 12. Further, there is no unnecessary space among an optical scanner 11, the respective photoreceptor units 12, and respective development units 13, so that the image formation apparatus 1 can be made compact.
【課題】画像形成装置内部に空気流を生成しながらも、露光装置の光出射窓に粉塵が付着し難く、画像形成装置の小型化を図ることが可能な画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】廃トナーボックス37が画像形成装置1の前面側に装着された状態では、廃トナーボックス37の各着脱部材37aにより各空間Spの開口端が塞がれて、粉塵等の侵入による各光出射窓ガラス11aの汚れが防止され、また吸気ファン41→フロントダクトD1の第3空気流路A3→各着脱部材37aの第1空気流路A1→各前側連結ダクト12eの前側連結空気流路Af→各感光体ユニット12内部の第2空気流路A2という空気の流れが生成されて、この空気の流れにより各感光体ユニット12内部が冷却される。しかも、光走査装置11と各感光体ユニット12並びに各現像ユニット13との間に無駄なスペースがないため、画像形成装置1の小型化を図ることができる。【選択図】図4 |
