PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying device for construction/repair work of a truss-type steel tower in which superior effect is provided in a construction period or safety aspect or the like, and to provide a construction/repair method of the truss-type steel tower by mobile climbing scaffolding using the tying device.SOLUTION: A tying device (10) is characterized by including: a first tie (12) structured by one or two or more elongated members (12a, 12b), having one end rotatably attached to a transverse member through a pin connector (18), and having the other end serving as a free end; a second tie (14) structured by one or two or more elongated members (14a, 14b), having one end rotatably attached to the transverse member through the pin connector, and having the other end serving as the free end; and a fixture (19) for fixing the free ends of the first and second ties in a desired member of a truss-type steel tower. 【課題】工期面や安全面等で優れた効果を有するトラス式鉄塔建設・補修工事用つなぎ装置及びこのつなぎ装置を使用した移動昇降式足場によるトラス式鉄塔の建設・補修方法を提供することである。【解決手段】１又は複数の細長い部材（１２ａ、１２ｂ）によって構成され、一方の端部が横方向部材にピン接合具（１８）を介して回転可能に取り付けられ、他方の端部が自由端となっている第１のつなぎ材（１２）と、１又は複数の細長い部材（１４ａ、１４ｂ）によって構成され、一方の端部が横方向部材にピン接合具を介して回転可能に取り付けられ、他方の端部が自由端となっている第２のつなぎ材（１４）と、第１および第２のつなぎ材の自由端をトラス式鉄塔の所望の部材に固定するための固定具（１９）とを備えることを特徴とするつなぎ装置（１０）が提供される。【選択図】 図１
