Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for removing oil, which can sufficiently remove oil in oil waste water by using a polymer coagulant without excess or deficiency and using simple and compact equipment.SOLUTION: In a method for removing oil in oil waste water, oil waste water supplied from a waste water storage tank 1 is supplied to a reaction tank 9 while controlling the flow rate of the oil waste water in a measuring tank 7 and a coagulant dissolved water 4 is supplied to the reaction tank 9 from a coagulant storage tank 3, mixed water 10 obtained by adding the coagulant dissolved water 4 to the oil waste water is agitated in the reaction tank 9 to form scum 13, the scum 13 in the mixed water 10 supplied from the reaction tank 9 is separated in a separation tank 12, subsequently, the mixed water 10 adhered to the scum or penetrated therein supplied from the separation tank 12 is recovered in a dewatering tank 16, the mixed water 10 is transported from the dewatering tank 16 to a waste water storage tank 2 using a first circulation pipe 18 and the scum 13 discharged from the dewatering tank 16 is stored in a scum storage tank 17, the mixed water 10 discharged from the separation tank 12 is stored in a mixed water storage tank 19, and the mixed water 10 is transported from the mixed water storage tank 19 to the reaction tank 9 using a second circulation pipe 20. 【課題】高分子凝集剤を過不足なく使用し、簡素でかつコンパクトな設備を用いて含油廃水の油分を十分除去できる油分除去装置および油分除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】廃水貯留槽1から供給される含油廃水の流量を計量槽7で調整しながら反応槽9へ供給し、かつ反応槽9へ凝集剤貯留槽3から凝集剤溶解水4を供給して、反応槽内9で含油廃水に凝集剤溶解水4を添加した混合水10を撹拌することによってスカム13を形成し、反応槽9から供給される混合水中のスカムを分離槽12で分離し、次いで分離槽から供給されるスカムに付着あるいは浸透した混合水を脱水槽16で回収し、脱水槽から混合水を廃水貯留槽2へ第1循環配管18を用いて運搬する一方、脱水槽から排出されるスカムをスカム貯留槽17に貯留し、さらに分離槽12から排出される混合水を混合水貯留槽19に貯留し、混合水貯留槽19から混合水を反応槽9へ第2循環配管20を用いて運搬する。【選択図】図1
