Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing article, even when an infant separates from a mother, capable of holding a good sleep of the infant.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 comprises a waist part including a front waist part S1 for covering the abdominal area of a wearer and a back waist part S2 for covering the buttocks of the wearer, and a crotch part S3 disposed between the front waist part and the back waist part and disposed at the crotch of the wearer. At least one of the crotch part and the waist part includes an absorber 30 as leg support means that develops a support of the body of the wearer by application of a body pressure of the wearer to the disposable diaper. 【課題】乳幼児が母親から離れた場合であっても、乳幼児の安らかな眠りを持続し易い着用物品を提供する。【解決手段】使い捨ておむつ10は、着用者の腹部を覆う前胴回り部Ｓ１、及び着用者の臀部を覆う後胴回り部Ｓ２を含む胴回り部と、前胴回り部と後胴回り部の間に配置され、かつ着用者の股下に配置される股下部Ｓ３と、を有する。股下部及び胴回り部の少なくとも一方には、使い捨ておむつに着用者の体圧が掛かることによって着用者の身体の支持を発現する支持手段としての吸収体３０が設けられていることを要旨とする。【選択図】図１
